Who we are
Ardenpay is the trading name of Ardenovirex Inc., a Canadian-registered money services business specialising in the movement of value between fiat and digital assets. We were founded by operators with backgrounds in institutional banking, payments infrastructure, and digital asset markets — and we built the company we wanted to use ourselves.
Our remit is narrow on purpose. We do four things — on-ramp, off-ramp, pay-in, and pay-out — and we do them for clients whose transactions warrant a relationship rather than a sign-up form. That focus is what allows us to keep our compliance posture rigorous, our service consistent, and our pricing honest.
We operate under the Canadian regulatory regime, are registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (registration C100001744), and serve clients globally from offices in our principal jurisdictions of operation.
How we operate
Our clients value the ability to move significant value without becoming a marketing case study. We do not publish client logos, do not seek media coverage of individual transactions, and treat the existence of a relationship as itself confidential.
The reason a client engages a regulated payment business is the assurance that the institution on the other side has done its work. That assurance has to be earned in every transaction, not asserted on a homepage.
You see the all-in cost before you commit. No spreads buried in execution, no surprise fees on settlement, no per-transaction renegotiation. The quote we give you is the quote we honour.
